OUT-OF-HOURS EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION PROCEDURESThe clinic and office are open from 8.30 A.M. until 5.00 P.M. Monday to Friday.We offer a 24 hour emergency service. To obtain emergency service it is important that the number: 02 4588 5200 ALWAYS be dialled FIRST, as other numbers may NOT be manned. If the duty Vet is at the clinic this number will be answered directly. Otherwise a recording will instruct you in the next step. Listen carefully to the entire message as two alternatives may be given. PLEASE NOTE WHEN CALLING OUR EMERGENCY SERVICE - Give your name and telephone number - Please HAVE IT MANNED for our return call. GIVE FULL DETAILS OF THE NATURE OF THE EMERGENCY. You are in addition welcome to try our mobiles at any time, but as they are often unmanned they should not be relied upon in an emergency.
